On Wednesday, January 21st, former mayor of Bogotá Enrique Peñalosa visited Texas to serve as guest speaker at the BikeTexas Shifting Gears Luncheon and urban bike ride.
BikeTexas is very excited to have been able to host Gil Penalosa at evening public events in Austin and San Antonio February 2 and 3, 2011, as well as a Transportation and Health Policy Luncheon at the state Capitol on February 3.
