Jeanne Patterson of Frisco, Texas was recently selected to receive the REI Stewardship Award, which is given to six recipients nationally. The Stewards of the Environment Award provides recognition to local environmental heroes across the country who have made an impact and inspired others.

Texas Bicycle Coalition Re-trains Field Instructors
For the first time since 2002, the Texas Bicycle Coalition Education Department held a comprehensive training for field instructors on September 30, 2005. The training focused on standardizing the Texas SuperCyclist Curriculum teacher trainings with the goal of making the trainings more fun and effective.
Teacher Training Draws Crowd in Lubbock
