Register now for the first all-virtual Texas Trails and Active Transportation Conference October 14-16, 2020. No need for travel or booking a hotel room; you can join us from wherever you are and access all the recorded sessions afterwards, exclusively available to TTAT attendees.
Although we will miss seeing everyone in person, we are taking advantage of every opportunity to make the most of the virtual conference platform. TTAT 2020 will have almost all of the same excellent, highly qualified speakers who were scheduled for the original in-person event. Our presenters are recording their sessions now to ensure the highest quality presentations.
During the conference, there will be opportunities for you to ask questions during the live Q&A sessions, and to meet the vendors who help make good trails great ones. And you’ll definitely want to experience the virtual San Antonio-based mobile workshops.
We’re extending the opportunity to you for our conference registrations to be as flexible as possible. All full-price registrations are transferable, and all existing full-price registrations are now two for one, so you can give one registration to a colleague, advocate, or other VIP at no additional charge. Any new registrations between now and October 14 will also receive the same two for one deal, so if you haven’t registered yet, now is the time!
Removing travel and hotel expenses from the conference has the potential to greatly expand the size of TTAT 2020. With your help in spreading the word about TTAT to your colleagues, more people can hear great presentations and learn about the awesome products and services our vendors have to offer. If you have a schedule conflict with any of the October 14-16 dates, you will still be able to watch recordings of all of the sessions you missed.
TTAT typically has several breakout sessions presenting concurrently, which means that every year, attendees have to choose between multiple excellent sessions. This year, there will be recordings of all sessions available, so no more making tough choices—you can attend some sessions live and save the rest for later. All 2020 content will be available exclusively for TTAT registrants through December 31, 2020. We will also make every possible effort that most of our sessions will still qualify for AICP, AIA, ASLA, and PE education credits.
Any questions about TTAT? Email us at ttat@biketexas.org. Our staff is currently working remotely and on reduced hours, so email is the best way to reach us right now. Also keep an eye on the TTAT website for updates.
We can’t wait to see you at TTAT as we move to this new format.
