#TTAT2020 Attendees: Log in to Whova Now

TTAT 2020 is about to start, and we’re excited to bring you a conference packed with expert speakers who are passionate about sharing best practices in trails and active transportation from across Texas and around the US.

Since meeting face-to-face isn’t possible in 2020, we’ve moved the conference to the next best thing: the Whova virtual conference and event platform. You can set up your Whova account now so you’re ready to roll when the first session kicks off on Wednesday.

Once you have set up your Whova account, you will be able to see and connect with other attendees, speakers, and exhibitors through the messaging features and community boards. You can use Whova either on your computer or via the Whova app on any mobile device (or both!).
Check out the user guide here for a quick overview of the features that you can use before and during the conference.

Please note that you will need to create your Whova account with the email address that you used when you registered for the conference. If you need to update your email address, please contact us at ttat@biketexas.org.

Downloading the Whova Mobile App

Search for the Whova app in the Apple store or Google Play on your device. Once you’ve downloaded the app, create an account using your conference email address. The Whova app will automatically associate your email address with the TTAT 2020 Conference. If you do not see TTAT after creating your account, it could be a problem with your email address. Please contact ttat@biketexas.org if this happens so we can get it corrected.

Accessing the Web App

Please note that the Whova web app has been optimized for the Chrome browser. For the best conference experience, please use the Chrome browser to access the conference. Access the conference via your browser here.

If you have not already created an account using the mobile app, you will want to create your account by selecting the “Sign up here” option, which is below the “Sign in” button. Please note that this is the link you will want to use to access the conference on your computer once your account is set up. As part of the Whova account creation process, you will have the opportunity to customize your conference profile to the extent that you choose.

If you have questions or require support prior the start of the conference, please email us at ttat@biketexas.org. Once the conference begins, you can also message us from within Whova, under the Community section’s “Ask Organizers Anything” channel.

We look forward to seeing you soon at the TTAT 2020 Conference!
