Friends, these are unprecedented times, and it’s easy to get lost in frustration and anxiety. Whether you are an essential worker still going to work (and if you are, thank you!) or you’re sheltering in place with your family, our thoughts are with you as we are facing this crisis together. Please be healthy and safe so we can all ride together again once we’re through this.
In the meantime, most shelter-in-place orders allow for you and your family to go for a bike ride. Maintain your social distance from others, but do get out and enjoy the spring weather together.

Most folks are doing school at home right now, and we have a great solution for at-home PE classes: our SafeCyclist Curriculum pages! These PDF downloads are printable and perfect for brushing up on bike laws, learning how to fit a helmet or change a flat tire, and even a checklist to get your bike ready to roll if it’s been in the garage all winter. Each page comes in English and Spanish.
These pages are from the same SafeCyclist curriculum that’s already used in elementary schools across the state. Before you head out, make sure your kids are ready to roll. These are also great for days that you can’t get outside and your kids are wishing they were on a bike.
