The health and safety of our attendees, staff, and El Tropicano’s staff remains our primary concern for the Texas Trails and Active Transportation Conference. Therefore, in the light of the increasing spread of COVID-19, we are rescheduling the conference to October 14 – 16, 2020.
We hope that you will still be able to join us for the conference on the new dates. Many of our existing keynote speakers have already confirmed that they are available and will still be presenting at TTAT in October. We will be reaching out to all exhibitors, speakers, and attendees with information on rescheduling, changing registrations, and other details. In the meantime, please check your calendar to see if you are available on October 14 – 16.
All hotel reservations will be transferred at no charge. To confirm or cancel your hotel reservation, please call El Tropicano and speak to Bea (210-277-4039) or Lupe (210-277-4043). If you have purchased a flight, see this continually updating list for your airline’s change and cancellation policies.
