Walk or roll to the BikeTexas booth this Sunday, March 4, at San Antonio’s second Síclovía event!
Siclovia – San Antonio’s Family Adventure – is an open streets event for all ages! Broadway from downtown to Hildebrand will be closed to car traffic and open for people – to walk, bike, skate, and have a great time!
BikeTexas will offer free bike rentals and a chance to learn more about Complete Streets and the federal transportation bill, as well as all our advocacy efforts. It’s also a great time to Join BikeTexas or Renew Your Membership!
And a special treat —
US Congressman Lloyd Doggett will make an appearance at the BikeTexas booth at 11:00am (after the parade).
Congressman Doggett is a champion for cycling in Washington, DC and a member of the Congressional Bike Caucus. Come and ask him about bike/ped funding in the federal transportation bill!
BikeTexas will be setup at the corner of 10th St and Broadway, just south of Maverick Park – look for the bright blue and yellow tents.
