Waxahachie has a great opportunity to make the city safer for all residents, including people who ride and tour bikes, with the planned 10 miles of bike lanes. However, the two miles on Marvin Avenue have come up against strong opposition. Without those critical two miles, the whole project could be lost, because Marvin Avenue is a key connecter through the city.
Your voice matters! Contact Mayor Strength TODAY and let him know that you support bicycle lanes on Marvin Avenue. Additionally, contact the rest of the city council using their email addresses at this link.
