Celebrate Life on Two Wheels at Dallas Bike Ride
Your first bike ride is something you will never forget.
Join BikeTexas this fall for the inaugural Dallas Bike Ride on Saturday, November 4 and enjoy 20-miles of closed-roads and car-free bicycling.
Dallas Bike Ride is a family-friendly, recreational ride that weaves through nine neighborhoods and crosses the Trinity River on four different bridges – all on car-free streets. Kids ages 3 to 7 ride for free and youth 8 to 15 are half price. The 20-mile route also offers a short cut to the finish at mile 10. View the full course map here.
BikeTexas is a proud non-profit beneficiary of Dallas Bike Ride. The ride raises support for future generations of bicyclists by supporting youth bike education and safety programs for Dallas youth.
More than a bike ride, Dallas Bike Ride offers on-course music and entertainment, three snack stops along the route, and a festival at the end. If you’re travelling to Dallas from out-of-town you can book a hotel stay steps from City Hall at a discounted rate.
The Methodist Dallas Finish Festival from 9am-1pm will be headlined by DJ Spinderella of Salt-n-Pepa, include a Health & Wellness Zone with yoga presented by Cigna, a lounge area from Downtown Dallas Inc, treats from KIND Healthy Snacks, a Kids’ Zone with carnival games, food trucks, a Community Bike Village and fun activities for all.
