Director, San Antonio
Lydia Kelly is retired from mainstream employment which included Master Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve, bicycle/pedestrian transportation planner at the Alamo Area Metropolitan Planning Organization, and Economic Assistance Unit Supervisor (Hennepin County/Minnesota). She is blessed to be able to spend summers in Minneapolis doing daycare for her grandchildren, ages seven and 11, and spending quite a bit of time with her daughter. She loves her family but cannot stand the cold bitter winters in Minneapolis.
Lydia has loved cycling since receiving her first bicycle at the age of 8 years old. She is very passionate about the benefits of multimodal transportation.
