Last month, Bicycle Retailer & Industry News published their list of the Top 100 Retailers, and Texas bike shops were certainly well represented! Among the Five Star retailers (shops that made the Top 100 for five years in a row) are Austin's Bicycle Sport Shop, Plano's Plano Cycling and Fitness, and Richardson's Richardson Bike Mart. Those making the Top 100 are Houston's Bicycle World and Fitness, Houston's Bike Barn, San Antonio's Bike World, and Austin's Mellow Johnny's.
The shops were rated on community outreach, market share and store appearance by sales representatives from seven of the leading bicycle brands, and seven of the leading bike accessory brands. Congratulations to all these great and deserving bike shops! See the full survey results here.
