Urgent! Monthly Members, Please Read

Monthly members, thank you for  your support for better cycling in Texas through your BikeTexas monthly membership. The steady, reliable income we receive through monthly donations really helps us budget and plan.  Members like you are the backbone of our organization.

We have recently implemented multiple changes in order to better serve our membership, including improving our website and moving to a new online donation system and new database.  While we are very excited about the improvements our new systems bring, there are a few growing pains associated - namely, that we were not able to carry our monthly members' credit card data over to the new system.

For security reasons, we don't store any credit card information, so this means that we will need you to give us your information again in order to continue your monthly membership.   We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

To show our appreciation, we are offering two enticements to renew!  First, we will send you a souvenir Share the Road Y'all license plate commemorating Lance Armstrong's seven tour wins.  And also, you will be entered to win a bike in our Hotter'N Hell Hundred bike raffle! (You don't need to be present to win).

You can renew in two ways:

• Call the BikeTexas office at 512-476-7433 and speak to Emma, our Membership Director, who can take your data over the phone.
• Go online to www.BikeTexas.org/join and choose the monthly installment payment option.
