Larry Graham is Director of Customer Service for Texas Gas Service, a natural gas utility serving 225,000 customers in Austin. Larry and his wife Andrea Griswold have three daughters whom Larry is trying to get hooked on bicycling. Larry is a bicycle commuter, an avid rider and enjoys at least one longer bicycle tour each year. He has served on the board of BikeTexas since 2008. In addition to BikeTexas, Larry has served on the board of the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Town Lake YMCA, the Central Texas Better Business Bureau and has volunteered with various other community groups.

Doug Black is an attorney in the Fort Worth City Attorney's Office and a former employee of BikeTexas. He brings a knowledge of Texas transportation statutes as well as experience in lobbying and drafting legislation; he has helped draft legislation such as the Safe Passing Bill. He is a dedicated bike commuter and a recreational cyclist who enjoys completing triathlons.

Todd Callaway is currently the Store Manager of REI in Round Rock, Texas and has been with REI since 1995, living and working in Utah, Colorado, and California. He was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and has an Environmental Geology Degree from The University of Texas.

Charlie Gandy is the founding Executive Director of BikeTexas, serving in this role from 1991-1993. He founded BikeTexas after serving in the Texas Legislature, which gave him a valuable expertise in Texas politics. He later went on to work with local, state and national bicycle advocacy organizations all over the country as a staff member for the National Center for Bicycling and Walking. Charlie is currently president of Livable Communities, inc., works with the City of Long Beach, CA as Mobility Coordinator, and is a daily bicycle commuter.

Andy Hollinger has been involved with bicycles since his first “adult” bike purchased in 1977. Andy has been riding his bike around DFW since moving to Bedford in 1986. He is a founding member and long-time officer of Team Bicycles, inc., one of Texas’ oldest and largest USAC bicycle racing clubs.

Annie Melton is a former BikeTexas board member and an active member of the Texas bicycle advocacy community since 1982. As a bicycle and pedestrian planning consultant in the Dallas area, she has experience in on-street and trail bike and pedestrian planning for cities, counties and in the private sector. She is also a board member of the Texas Trails Network and has been involved in planning the conference put on by BikeTexas and TTN: the Texas Trails and Active Transportation Conference.

Dr. Karen Polvado is very involved with the cycling community of Wichita Falls, Texas. She leads group rides and teaches beginning riders the “rules of the road and off-road cycling.” She has been interviewed on several occasions as an expert on cycling safety. She and her husband, Jarvis, are involved with the Metropolitan Planning Commission in Wichita Falls, Texas to advocate for safe access for cyclists.

He has spent the last 35 years with Wells Fargo Advisors (formerly A.G. Edwards), where he has received numerous industry awards and recognitions. Most recently, he achieved the firm’s Premier Advisor designation which is based on production.

Alfred P. "Freddy" Ramirez is a Professional Engineer Corpus Christi, Texas. Due to his profession he has specific knowledge related to engineering guide requirements for bicycle infrastructure, such as the American Association of State Highway Transportation Officials (AASHTO) and the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). He also has experience working with Traffic Engineers at the State (TxDOT), County (Nueces) and City (Corpus Christi) level.
In addition to being an LCI (League Certified Instructor) certified by the League of American Bicyclists, Freddy is president of the South Texas Area Riders, Runners and Swimmers club, and is a three-time Ironman triathlete.

Iris Stagner is Commissioners Court Assistant for Palo Pinto County. She has worked with TXDOT through various county projects, and has successfully petitioned TXDOT to have bike signs installed on state roads. Her hobbies include cycling, running, hunting, hiking, and camping.

Butch has been back on a bike and riding regularly since about 1981 and is a committed "Roadie." He is a three time past President of the Tyler Bicycle Club and served in other various club offices. He has volunteered for many years in the noted Beauty and the Beast Tour and Race as well as helping with the organization and production of the Texas State Bicycling Races held in and around Tyler.
