SuperCyclist Teacher Certification Training

Elementary P.E. Teachers and youth workers teaching in Texas are invited to receive FREE SuperCyclist Certification Training and SuperCyclist Curriculum materials. If you are already certified and would like to be re-certified to get the latest curriculum updates,  please check the Certification Training Schedule for upcoming training dates and locations in your area. Currently, a complete SuperCyclist Curriculum Unit, including the Teacher's Guide and other curriculum resource materials are only available to SuperCyclist Certified Teachers. SuperCyclist Curriculum Materials - Teacher Master Pages
Due to popular demand, the following 13 Teacher Master Pages from the SuperCyclist Curriculum have been made available for download to the public. Along with other resources, a complete curriculum unit consists of over 45 Teacher Master Pages to choose from when implementing bicycle safety education at school. These Master Pages, in both English and Spanish, were designed to be copied for use as overhead projector teaching aids and/or distributed to students as reference and homework materials. They support the SuperCyclist individual classroom and/or physical lessons conducted by certified teachers. Students are encouraged to take this information home to share with their families.

Bike & Walk To School Events
Bike & Walk to School Days are events that encourages students and parents to bike and walk to school. On event days, volunteers often host greeting tables with food and/or rewards, donated by community business sponsors, for students who participate. Special neighborhood bike trains and walking school buses are also often organized as a safe and appealing way to encourage groups of students and parents to travel together.
