Bicycles banned in Anna

The ordinance, as passed Tuesday, temporarily bans the use of bicycles along the stretch FM 455, and those who break the ordinance face impounding of their bicycle and a fine of no more than $200.

Robin Stallings, executive director of the Texas Bicycle Coalition, said that the TBC has a long standing relationship with an old and respected law firm in Texas and has not ruled out legal action against the city.
