Sherman Phillips and Durwood Mayfield met with David Doyle, Principal of Honey Elementary School on Friday September 16th. Principal Doyle was pleased to learn that his school will be one of our evaluation schools for the BikeTexas Safe Routes to School Program this year. After a brief overview of the program, Principal Doyle invited us to attend the next scheduled PTA meeting to present the program to PTA members and all school staff attending. He assured us we will have their full cooperation when the evaluation process begins.
