Welcome Elaine Williams LOC number 2

TBC welcomes its second local outreach coordinator, Elaine WIlliams, for  the  Fort Worth Safe Routes to Schools program. Elaine loves to ride her bike as exercise and understands its importance as alternative transportation.  Having worked in management with corporate red tape, she understands the way government and school intities operate.  "I'm looking forward to helping kids learn a life skill that will help them stay healthy.  There is a lot to be done in the fight to free Texas children from obesity."  Elaine Williams has worked with KC Jones and we expect the two will  be a dynamic pair.
