Three universities have committed to teaching the SuperCyclist Curriculum 2.0 to student-teachers in 2004-2005. UT-Pan American (Edinburg), Southwest Adventist University (Keene), and Abilene Christian College (Abilene) will offer instruction to their students this fall. UT-El Paso has verbally committed to participating in our SuperCollege program by teaching our curriculum in kinesiology courses. We've also made substantial progress in piquing the interest of most of the major universities in North and West Texas that aren't already participating in our program. Promising prospects include the University of North Texas (Denton), Midwestern University (Wichita Falls), Texas Tech (Lubbock), and West Texas A&M University (Canyon). The University of Houston offered the SuperCyclist Curriculum to kinesiology students in the past two semesters, and is doing so again this summer. UofH students must teach lessons from the curriculum to children in local schools.
