RBM BICYCLE SPIN CLASSES START MONDAY, 11-3

Saturday mornings, if the weather is nasty and you don't want to ride on the road, the Richardson store will host a Spin Class from 9-11 am.

WE NOW HAVE SPIN CLASSES AT OUR FRISCO LOCATION!

Kim Chance will be teaching a stretching class immediately after the Monday (changed from Tuesday) night spin class. 15-20 minutes.
RBM spin classes are available from November 3, 2008 through March 5, 2009. Spin classes are offered at the Richardson and Frisco stores. No appointment is necessary to participate in a spin class. 7 cyclists in the past 7 days have been hit by cars in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. 2 were killed, 1 is in critical condition in the ICU at last report. It's all just too much.
