Gear up to CYCLE like you MEAN it at the 4th annual Conquer the Coast(TM) bike ride, Saturday September 29th in beautiful Corpus Christi Texas!

This year we are proud to be a training ride for the Valero MS 150 Bike to the Beach! We have a new website: www.conquerthecoast.org Our site is under construction, but registration is available now at (361) 881-1836.

Conquer the Coast(TM) offers something for every rider: There are 3 levels of rides being offered again this year: a 25 mile cruise, a 65 mile ride and a second 65 mile ride including the toughest 18 miles in Texas" time trial. The 18-mile Time Trial is offered to participants of the 65 mile ride who want to have an added challenge.

Awards will be given to those who participate in the Time Trial based on time and age placement. 25 Mile Cruise: A beautiful cruise along Ocean Dr.; one of the most beautiful and prestigious boulevards in Texas. 65 Mile Ride: Encompasses the Corpus Christi Bay including a beautiful sunrise climb over the Harbor Bridge, which is sure to take your breath away one way or the other; includes a route through the coastal communities and fishing villages of Portland, Ingleside, Aransas Pass, and Port Aransas; hop a ferry for a ride across the intercoastal canal featuring playful dolphins; travel down Padre Island, across the JFK Causeway, through Naval Air Station-Corpus Christi and down Ocean Drive.

That is not all! Bring the family and spend the rest of the weekend enjoying Corpus Christis premier community festival Bayfest for all types of weekend fun and activities. www.bayfesttexas.com.

Proceeds generated by the ride benefit the Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Tarpon Foundation and the Corpus Christi Chamber Foundation.
